Consultation

If you’ve ever been stuck in a “What if?” or “If only we knew…” situation, you’ll know how frustrating it can be, and our consultation service is exactly what you need.  From simple advice, to pre-staging, demonstrating, testing and implementing a new solution, we’re here to help.  We even have demo equipment available to help you evaluate a solution.

Supply and Installation

We have accounts with major suppliers of hardware and software in the UK, are Draytek Approved Dealers, HPE and Microsoft Partners, and by keeping our costs down, we are able to offer you very competitive prices.  In addition, we often have the opportunity to pick up special offers, and we will always offer these to our clients either via a newsletter email, or on our web site.  Of course, all hardware and software comes with our full installation and testing service if required, to ensure you are up and running as fast as possible.

Network Cabling and Testing

Need an extra network point “just there”, or do you think you’ve got a faulty network port, cable, or switch port?  We can help.  We are equipped to run new network  points from your existing cabinet, and with our industry-standard Fluke Network Test Equipment, test existing and new cables, and provide a port-by-port report of what problems were found, and what each port is capable of (i.e. 1Gbit/s, 100Mbit/s, VOIP etc), giving you a unique insight into the capabilities of your cables, and any issues, in a handy PDF report.

Support Contracts

Some of our clients like to think of us as their “IT Department without the overhead”.  By taking out a support contract, these clients have the reassurance of someone actively monitoring and supporting their hardware and software, remotely, and get advance warning of potential problems.  Where possible these problems can be avoided before they cause any interruption to normal business activity.

Upgrade and replacement

The world of IT moves at a phenomenal rate, and both hardware and software becomes “outdated” quite quickly.  However, we recognise that your IT budget is not unlimited, and that it is important to get the most from your investment.  Therefore upgrades to existing equipment and software will be recommended where possible, with new hardware etc. being recommended only where necessary.

Flexibility

Our office hours are flexible.  If you need our services, we will endeavour to provide what you need, when you need it, regardless of the time of day, or day of the week, obviously subject to influences beyond our control.
